If your matched professional is not the right fit within 3 months, we will support a replacement search free of charge, subject to candidate availability and a short review of the circumstances.

We cannot guarantee replacement outcomes or timing.

- Legal, regulatory, and tax obligations in their jurisdiction

- Classification and ongoing management of talent sourced through our service

8. Limitation of Liability

Hire‑Abroad.com shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
